Bio

João Gabriel de Queiroz a.k.a. hiperlinque is a cinematographer, editor and director. Graduated in Film Studies by UNISINOS (2011) and participant of the Berlinale Talents 2021, he has 3 launched feature-films: Seashore, directed by Filipe Matzembacher and Marcio Reolon, premiered at 2015 Berlinale’s Forum;  Socrates, directed by Alexandre Moratto, winner of the Someone to Watch Award in 2019; and 7 Prisoners, directed by Alexandre Moratto and premiered at 2021's Venice International Film Festival. Worked in documentary series, music videos, short films and experimental videos, going trough different languages inside the field of moving images. João is also a dancer and a perfomance artist, integrating body sensibility to the camera work. Used to be in different realities of budget, he seeks creative solutions with a visual impact, either shooting with webcams or large format cameras. Currently he is a producer, cinematographer and editor at EdiyPorn, a Latin-American platform of queer porn.
